FORME LIMINALE

Forme Liminale is a small, independent studio.

It emerged from a personal and professional need for change.

It merges design, craft, and concept. Every piece is made as a one-off or in short series.

I don’t make seasonal collections.
I don’t make "products."

I make objects meant to be worn and used.

proces I sew by hand.
There is no machinery, no production line.

Every element is cut, assembled, and finished
in my studio.

I work with reclaimed leather: deadstock, leftover stock, and industrial surplus.
Some hardware comes from construction suppliers.

Sometimes materials carry visible traces of their past. I see that as a strength, not a flaw.

Each bag is a case study. No two are ever exactly alike.

Form follows material. I don’t force design onto it.

sustainabilityI work in limited runs.

I don't order new leather.
I don’t overproduce.

Everything I use already exists.

I don’t follow seasons.
I don’t chase trends.

Everything is made slowly, locally, and in small quantities.

If something stays, it stays.

personalisationEvery piece can be adjusted.

If you want to change the strap length or closure type — message me.

We can also build something from scratch.

There is no form to fill in.
Conversation is part of the process.

how to order
I don’t run a permanent online shop.

If you want to order a bag or an accessory, email
or text me.

From time to time I post limited drops
on Instagram.

Individual commissions are also possible.
Lead time depends on the project.

Modern Shamanism, MS1
Small format, soft body, rigid grip. A banquet bag designed for a modern shaman, someone navigating the structures of the city without fully submitting to them.

The flap is built from small scraps of reclaimed leather, stitched by hand into a seemingly continuous surface. The main body is a clean rectangular box that holds its shape regardless of what’s inside. The handle is a piece of naturally shed deer antler - unpainted, unpolished - mounted with industrial construction parts. Each joint is soldered by hand using tin.

No two pieces are alike. The only constant is the core structure.

Modern Shamanism, MS2
A large, conceptual form built around a full deer antler.
One-off piece - not for sale, available only on loan.

The bag is structured entirely around the raw geometry of the antler, which serves both as handle and backbone.
Cut from a single piece of leather, its shape used almost in full, with minimal waste.

This is not a functional object.
It sits somewhere between an accessory and a sculpture.

Modern Shamanism, MS3Built on the same base as MS2, but with softer walls and a more flexible bottom - t moves better with the body.
There’s no antler this time, but the raw attitude of the collection remains.

The oversized handle is mounted on soldered cables and industrial hardware.
It allows for two modes of carrying: across the shoulder or in-hand, shifting the silhouette entirely.
One way, it echoes a gym bag. The other, an exaggerated pouch.

For someone who wants a strong form, without the need for a statement.

000X
A modular core.
Built to hold your everyday, but designed to become the center of a personal system.

On each side, metal eyelets - anchor points for whatever you need that day:
a wallet, a lighter, a lip gloss, an earbud case.
The things that usually go missing stay together here.

The form is simple, but its presence is heavy. Bold. Technical.
Every component is mounted on carabiners. Every one can be detached, replaced, reconfigured.
Nothing is fixed, except the structure.

0005
Designed as an evening piece, 0005 takes the shape of a disposable grocery bag.

Rendered in natural leather, it shifts the value of both form and material, confronting the logic of luxury with a gesture borrowed from the everyday.
Unlike other pieces in the collection, it features no rivets and no modular elements.

Its simplicity is intentional.
